Pups, Poses & Pints – Eckert’s Cider Shed
Belleville, IL – Celebrate National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day with us on Sunday, April 30 in our NEW Cider Shed. Enjoy a 45 minute yoga class taught by an instructor from Go Yoga Express in Swansea, IL and then stick around while you sip on a pint of hard or sweet cider while playing with puppies that are adoptable through the Belleville Humane Society. The puppies will be available for playing with from 12pm – 2pm, with yoga starting promptly at noon. Live music by Andrew Dahle will be available from 1pm – 4pm. Come out to meet the puppies and support the Belleville Humane Society. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Belleville Humane Society.

Plant Swap – Columbia Public Library
Columbia, IL – Bring in a healthy and pest-free plant or cuttings to swap, or just come adopt a new plant. Make sure you bring plants in pots you are willing to part with. Please bring your own bags and/or containers to carry your new green friends’ home. Have information about your plant such as its’ name and its’ light, soil, and water preferences. Meet new plant friends, both human and vegetation!
